Blue Eclipse

Blue Eclipse Shweshwe Fabric features a vibrant circular pattern in pale blue, yellow and red set against a rich indigo background. The repeating motif creates a striking visual rhythm typical of traditional Shweshwe designs.
 
Produced in South Africa, this fabric is genuine Three Cats Shweshwe, the original indigo dyed cotton known for its heritage patterns and distinctive character.
 
The bold geometric circles and detailed background pattern give this fabric strong movement and texture, making it ideal for quilts, bags, garments and creative sewing projects.
 
Like all authentic Shweshwe fabrics, it is printed using traditional techniques and finished with a light starch that softens after a simple rinse.
